By purchasing or accessing TikTok Seller Blueprint (the “Programme”), you agree to these Terms.

1) What you receive

The Programme may include:

  • Digital content (e.g., videos, downloads, templates, portal access, community access); and/or

  • Mentorship/services (e.g., calls, live sessions, onboarding/support).

2) Payments (Stripe)

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

  • If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend access until resolved.

3) No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including (without limitation):

  • deciding the Programme isn’t for you

  • lack of use, participation, or attendance

  • not having time to implement

  • business performance outcomes

  • misunderstanding what the Programme includes (please review the sales page before purchase)

4) Digital content: instant access and cancellation

Because the Programme includes digital content, access is typically provided immediately.

If you tick the “instant access” box at checkout, you:

  • request immediate access to the digital content; and

  • acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access/supply begins.

Checkout checkbox text (use this):

“I consent to immediate access to the TikTok Seller Blueprint digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once access begins.”

If you do not provide this consent/acknowledgement at checkout, your customer cancellation rights may differ.

5) Mentorship/services (if included)

  • If mentorship/services are included, any scheduled calls/sessions must be attended at the agreed time. Missed sessions are not refundable.

  • If you request that services start within any statutory cooling-off period, you may be required to pay for the portion of services delivered up to cancellation.

Optional checkbox text (only if services can start immediately):

“I request that the mentorship/service starts immediately. I understand that if I cancel after the service has begun, I may have to pay for services already provided.”

6) Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your legal rights. If digital content or services are faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where required by law.

7) No guaranteed results

TikTok Seller Blueprint is an educational and support programme. We do not guarantee results. We make no promises regarding revenue, profit, sales volume, GMV, ROAS, account approval, or “going viral”.

Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, budget, product selection, suppliers, fulfilment, market conditions, and platform policies/decisions.

8) Not financial, legal, or tax advice

The Programme is for information and education only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your business decisions and compliance.

9) Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a card dispute/chargeback, we may suspend Programme access while the dispute is investigated. Please contact us first at [support@yourdomain.com] so we can try to resolve any issue quickly.

10) Intellectual property and acceptable use

  • All Programme materials are owned by us or our licensors.

  • You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for your personal/internal business use only.

  • You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publish Programme content.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe content is being shared or abused.

11) Limitation of liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
